Digital Wearables Workforce Grant — effective August 10, 2026

Grant Terms

1. The program

The Digital Wearables Workforce Grant (“the Grant”) is a program of Smart Service ERP for the Trades. It awards qualifying trades and field service businesses a one-year Smart Scope license for each approved field technician, at no cost. A one-year license carries a retail value of $599.99 per technician, up to $10,000 in grant value per company.

2. Eligibility

Applicants must be a genuine trades or field service business whose technicians would put Smart Scope to use on real jobs. Awards are made per technician — one grant per field technician. Awards are limited and not guaranteed; every application is reviewed individually, and awards are made at the program’s sole discretion. Applicants are notified by email.

3. Award and redemption

Approved businesses receive a unique, one-time redemption code for each approved technician. Each technician enters their code in the Smart Scope app to activate twelve months of access. Codes are non-transferable, may not be resold, and carry no cash value.

4. Grant term and what happens after

The Grant covers a full twelve months of Smart Scope at no cost. The Grant does not renew automatically and nothing is charged during or at the end of the grant year. When the grant year ends, recipients will have the opportunity to continue with a paid Smart Scope subscription at then-current pricing — access simply ends if they choose not to.

5. The grant contact

The grant contact named on the application is the person who will be awarded the Grant and will manage it for the company. The grant contact is responsible for distributing redemption codes to technicians, serving as the program’s point of contact, and submitting the brief quarterly impact summary that recipients agree to provide during the grant term.

6. Changes to the program

The program may update these terms or close the program to future applicants at any time. Changes will not reduce the term of grants already awarded.

Information we collect

When you apply, we collect the information submitted with your application: your business name, website, industry, service area, technician count, and revenue range; the grant contact’s name, email, and phone; and your written responses. If you are awarded a grant, we also collect redemption and usage information needed to administer the program.

How we use it

Application information is used to review and process your application, administer the Grant, communicate with the grant contact, and measure program impact. It is shared with Smart Service ERP for the Trades (the program operator) and the service providers who help run the program — for these purposes only. We do not sell your information.
